1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of nwave.ai. They are about reading a website.

They do not govern the nWave software or our services.

• The nWave open-source software is governed by its licence (clause 4).
• The Software Factory, the Dojo, the AI-Readiness assessment and every other engagement are governed only by the written agreement signed for them.

The plans, tiers and features on this site describe what we offer. They are not offers capable of acceptance, and no contract can be concluded or paid for here. Nothing in these terms, including clause 7, applies to a signed agreement or limits it.

2. Who operates this site

3. Using the site

You may read, quote with attribution and share our content. You may not:

• republish substantial parts of it as your own;
• extract content automatically at a scale that burdens the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• use the site unlawfully.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site.

4. Intellectual property

nWave was created by Alessandro Di Gioia and Michele Brissoni.

The open-source software. The nWave open-source kernel is released under the MIT License. Its copyright notice is in the LICENSE file of the repository. That licence, not these terms, governs your use of the code.

Everything else. Everything else on this site is protected, and all rights are reserved by their holders: the text, graphics, the Software Factory and Dojo materials, and the nWave name and logo. To ask for permission, write to info@nwave.ai.

SW Craftsmanship Dojo® is a registered trademark. You may refer to your own participation in a Dojo programme in a CV, a professional profile or a portfolio, describing it accurately. Any commercial use of the mark needs prior written consent.

5. Content, figures and AI

What you read here is general information, not professional advice. Reading it creates no engagement and no duty of care.

Live counters (stars, downloads, clones, releases) come from GitHub and PyPI and may lag. Third-party statements are quoted as their authors made them.

Parts of this site are written with AI assistance. A person reviews every page before it is published, and we take editorial responsibility for it.

6. Links

We link to sites we do not control, including GitHub, PyPI, YouTube and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or any other liability that Slovak law does not allow to be limited.

Within those limits, our liability arising from your use of this website is capped at EUR 500.
