Cookie Notice

Effective from 7 October 2026 · Version 1.1

Nothing is stored before you choose

Nothing is optional until you answer, and nothing is stored before you do. The first time you open a page that could use analytics, the banner asks you. This page, the Privacy Notice and the Terms store nothing for a visitor who has not answered, so they do not ask. The banner gives you three controls, all of them on the first screen: Accept, Reject all and Manage preferences. Refusing takes exactly as many clicks as accepting.

Whichever you choose, we keep one cookie to remember it. If you choose Reject all, that is the only cookie there is: no analytics cookie is set and Google Analytics is never loaded. If you choose Accept, the two analytics cookies below join it.

Google sets the two analytics cookies for two years. Chrome and the browsers built on it store no cookie for longer than 400 days, so in practice they expire sooner.

That is the whole list. We set no advertising cookie, no social-media cookie and no cookie when you send us a form.

What the analytics cookies are for

They tell us which pages help visitors and which do not: pages viewed, time on each page, where you arrived from, whether you reached the bottom of a page, which links to other websites you clicked, whether you started or sent a form, and whether you confirmed a newsletter subscription. Never what you type into one. The data is aggregated and pseudonymized, and we use it only to improve the site.

Our analytics provider, Google, may process this data on servers in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for the international-transfer safeguards that apply.

How to change your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer of every page on this site. It opens the same preferences panel the banner offers, and you can turn analytics on or off there at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

When you withdraw, the analytics cookies are cleared and Google Analytics stops loading on your next page view.

Your browser can do it too

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, for this site and for every other. Doing so may affect how parts of a site work.

More information

For how we handle your data and what rights you have, read our Privacy Policy. Questions about cookies go to info@nwave.ai.

When this list, or what it is used for, changes, we update this page and ask you again.

Your stored choice carries the revision number of the list you answered. This list is revision 2.
